President
LOU MIELE
Lou Miele is the President of Miele Manufacturing and the third generation operator of Miele Amusements.
With over 26 years in the industry, Lou designed and manufactured the jukebox conversion kits for TouchTunes. Lou sits on the Board of Directors for PAMMA and AMOA. He helped bring Pace-O-Matic's products to the market by manufacturing Pennsylvania Skill.
He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy. He resides in Williamsport with his wife and five children.
Public Relations
NICOLE MIELE
Joining Miele Manufacturing in 2010, Nicole joined Lou to help with the family business after having a 15 year career in radio advertising sales and management. Nicole began managing Fastsigns, of Williamsport, and has since brought her public relations, marketing, and advertising expertise to Miele Manufacturing.
Nicole is dedicated making a difference. She is the Director of Pennsylvania Skill's Charitable Giving and is the president of Angelina's Song. Angelina's Song was founded by Lou and Nicole in 2017 in memory of their late daughter, Angelina, to raise funding for music therapy programs.
Director of Sales and Services
JEFF MILLAY
Jeff's experience in the amusement industry began at a young age. He would sweep up shops, play Pac-Man, and grew into a full time route job and trained as a mechanic. He also pursued his passion of concert lighting and created his own lighting business, Accent Lighting Productions. He's worked on concert lighting sets for Toni Bennett, Stevie Wonder, and a past President of the United States.
After 20 years running his own business working, Jeff rejoined the family business at Miele Manufacturing. Jeff uses his experiences to drive great customer service, deliver high-quality products, and develop relationships.
Sales Manager
ED PINKERTON
Ed brings over two decades of experience in sales and marketing with an emphasis in the gaming industry. With a proven successful track record, he provides customers the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. A NAMA sales executive of the year nominee, Ed stay ahead of trends in the industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in accounting and economics from Lycoming College. Ed resides in Williamsport, with his wife and children.
Western PA Sales Representative
LYNN WHELAND
Brining over a decade of sales management and customer service experience in the retail industry, Lynn creates strong emotional connections with customers and has contributed to the success of Home Depot, it's associates, and customers.
Lynn honorably served eight years in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of E-5 Staff Sargent. He resides in Tyrone with his wife and daughters.
